Leadership Development Enables Better Organisational Governance

Leadership development alone can brigdge in gap between different levels in an organisations. Replacement of an influential person by another professional can create a vacuum in the organisation in a short term but in fact long term decides on the chosen persons profile for desired results. Leadership development activities should be intensified whenever you will find a change in leader in an organisation. For instance, employer chooses a new CEO to run organisation then employees and society around company and end users begin to judge the companies credentials and also keep on questioning new entrants executed task till a faith and confidence is not established properly. But believe it or not , a person with good leadership can signature even on their predecessor and this can happen only through the leadership development and participation through the work environment.

Recently, Steve Jobs of Apple has been replaced by Tim Cook and many technology experts began to pass over comments online and it shaped up new opinion on the organisation itself. No doubt, Steve Jobs has created a great impact on the societies across the globe not only by getting  stylish computers but also creation and development of smartphones. These phones began to raise in the markets and through the calender their position keeps logging in and logging out from top position.
But what has Steve Jobs done to Apple? He has architect-ed Apple by producing great product design and the products have been acclaimed to be simple at usage. This is not my opinion on his works but a general perception of end users world over and this could have been possible only with better leadership development. Leadership development can be acquired when people quitting organisations tend to pass over experience to others.  

For maintenance of Steve Jobs work, which states with a punch that he has created 'objects of desire' for end users. Now, for its continence any one who takes his position will have to veto his views and continue similar launch of products.  As a new CEO, Tim Cook will have to have ability to anticipate technology developments and this is possible only when team has a leadership development at all levels and not letting it hinder. Steve Jobs, pulled up new technology such as iPlayer and iTunes solution substituting themselves to be best portable music and video. Overall in an organisation, leaders may change but to carry the mantle  leaders holding organisational values should make leadership development activities to be a continuous process.
